Shared logins are prohibited for Monotype Fonts account. You will require a unique login ID to access your Monotype Fonts account. Two-factor authentication (2FA) or multi-factor authentication (MFA) is also required to authenticate your account.
You may not be able to access your account if 2FA/MFA setup is not successful. Use the following steps to resolve this issue:
Download the guardian app on your phone.
Note: Ensure that the date and time in your phone is set accordingly (either auto or to your current time zone) to avoid an issue due to mismatched MFA numbers.
Log out from your Monotype Fonts account.
Clear browser cache and cookies, and then restart your system.
Log in to your Monotype Fonts account.

Scan the QR code shown on the screen to your phone’s guardian app.
Complete the setup process.
