Monotype Fonts

Monotype Fonts support is available on all plans. The fastest way to get help is the live chat icon inside the Monotype Fonts platform, Monotype Desktop App, or Help Center.

To contact support:

  • Select the chat icon to start a live chat session.

  • If chat is unavailable, select Contact us to submit a request.

Support hours (live chat): Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (your local time zone)

Note. Enhanced, Premier, and Elite plan customers have a dedicated support contact. Check your contract or sales order for your support tier and contact details.

MyFonts

MyFonts is Monotype's font marketplace. Support covers order issues, font downloads, licensing questions, and account access.

To contact support:

  • Browse the FAQ for quick answers to common questions.

  • Select the chat icon (lower right corner of any MyFonts page) for live chat.

  • Email: [email protected]. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

  • Social: @MyFonts on X, Instagram, or Facebook.


Monotype Connect

Help Center: help.extensis.com

Monotype Connect is a font management application that centralizes access to the font libraries you manage and those shared with your organization. The Help Center provides essential resources to help you get started, including articles on installation, font libraries, font activation, tagging, and other key features.

To contact support: Use the Contact support option in the Monotype Connect Help Center.

Note. Monotype Connect support tiers align with your Monotype Fonts plan. Contact the Monotype Fonts support team if you are unsure which tier applies to you.


Foundry support

This Help Center is for font designers and foundry partners who distribute fonts through Monotype or MyFonts. It covers font submissions, licensing, customer support workflows, and inventory management.

Note. This channel is for foundry and design partners, not end customers. If you purchased a font and have a question about it, contact MyFonts support instead.
