A shared library is a collection of assets that are shared by users within their company. It is only accessible to the company admins.

Note: Every company using Monotype Fonts has a default company admin role that is non-customizable.

If you are a Company Admin, you can view and manage the shared library by clicking View shared library from the left pane in My Library page.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do all users have access to the shared library?

No. Only the company admin can access the shared library.

Which assets a company admin can access in the company?

The company admin has access to all the assets, including the complete font list, web projects, and digital ads folder shared within the company.

Will the company admin have access to unshared personal assets?

No. The company admin will only have access to the shared assets. Personal assets are not visible to the company admin.

Can a division admin have access to the shared library?

Yes. The division admin will have access to the shared library for the assigned division role.
